Currently this webstore only ships to addresses within the UK, Europe, and a limited number of other countries.  If you find your order is not accepted due to no carrier being offered to your country, please contact us and we see if we can accommodate you.

Some products we sell are held at a third party fulfilment house.  This means that an order for a selection of products may be split into two or more orders, each with a delivery charge, and each will arrive separately. Similarly, delivery on one item may be charged differently to that on a different but similar item.  Delivery charges will be made clear during the checkout process, before you are asked for any payment details.  Charges are representative of the actual costs to us, and we do not make any profit on delivery costs.

For locally held items, UK delivery is free for orders over £25. Below this delivery is charged at cost, plus a 20 pence packaging and handling charge.  For most items this will amount to less than £2 per order, but certain bulky or larger items may have to be sent as a parcel - 12x12 papers are a particular problem in this respect as despite being very light, even a single sheet exceeds the maximum width for letters, and we obviously cannot fold them!

If you find postage being offered at rates greater than expected, please contact us and we will investigate the options for you; it might be that the best combination of services has not been calculated.

UK Express delivery is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, or tracked carrier, and the amount charged depends on the total weight of the order.

International orders are sent Air Mail; the shipping charge depends on weight and destination country.

With the exception of Express shipping, postal tracking and/or signed-for deliveries are not usually supported.  This can be requsted specifically, but there may be an extra charge.  Please contact us if you require tracking or a signed-for service. 


Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment. Small orders are shipped via Royal Mail, larger orders via other couriers as we may use from time to time.  Delivery will usually be 2-3 days after despatch.

Where items are not in stock locally there may be a short additional delay before they can be despatched; we will endeavour to minimise this, and we will keep in touch should it not be possible to keep to the above timescales.

 If you want a more urgent service, please contact us by telephone and we can usually accommodate  you.  We can arrange Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next day by 1pm) or other services as may be appropriate.  We only ask that you pay the additional costs involved.

To keep costs down and to be environmentally friendly, we will re-use packaging where possible.  Please do not therefore be concerned if you receive your items in boxes or bags that are not "new".  We will always ensure that your goods are packed as well as possible to avoid damage.

Shipping fees, where charged, include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot usually group two or more distinct orders placed separately, and therefore shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


If you receive a package that appears to have been damaged in transit, please do not sign for it and ask that it be returned to us as damaged. If you were not asked to sign, or it was left for you without your presence, please contact us immediately, and please keep all the packaging as this may be required when making a claim against the carrier.  

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to despatch with no charge and a full refund will be made immediately.

Please contact us in advance if you wish to return an item you have received. We will issue a RMA number which must be included within your package, and advise you of where to send it to.

You must contact us within one week for a full refund of the amount paid for the items and any delivery postage we charged.

After this point, items may still be returned and a refund will be made in the amount of the purchase price of the items less the delivery costs incurred or charged. (i.e., if the order qualified for Free Shipping, you will have the actual shipping cost we incurred deducted from your refund.)

Any items returned for refund must be unopened, unused, and suitable for immediate resale. Items received not in resalable condition may be returned to you at your expense, or a reduction in the refund offered commensurate with the resale value of the item.

Any items received damaged or faulty must be notified to us within seven days of receipt. We will issue a RMA and either arrange collection, for large items, or offer to refund your costs in returning the item.
